Vanessa Aires
With a passion for humans and nature, Vanessa crafts unconventional learning journeys for both individuals and communities. For almost 15 years she has worked on human development under a systemic approach. In 2018, she founded KETI KETA, a social enterprise which offers a nature-based methodology to first infancy within learning communities.
Since 2022, she is the Creative Psychology Leader of Creative You within TORKECC. Her approach to Psychology is creative & disruptive, and her methodology focuses on adults’ (re)connection with their inner child — the place where creativity lives.
Vanessa is known to create safe environments for humans to (re)connect with their full potential, through a blend of psychological and creative tools.
Pedro Alegria
Eager for new realities, experiences and challenges, Pedro has lived in six countries and went traveling around the world for six months with his wife and one-year-old daughter.
For him, life and work go hand-in-hand, as experiencing different realities leads him to face and collect distinctive perspectives and needs, ultimately contributing to continuously fuelling an open mindset for innovation and a creative approach for problem-solving.
Founding partner at TORKE CC, he’s also a PhD student, Master in Experience Design, teacher, trainer, and occasional speaker and juror, beyond being a podcast nerd and very infrequently writing a few words on creativity and co-creation.
André Rabanea
A creative, disruptive and serial entrepreneur. Born in Brazil, André is living a love affair with Lisbon for 17 years, where he founded TorkeCC, one of the most internationally awarded Creative Agencies.
He has been a jury in the most relevant creativity Festivals, namely Cannes, D&AD, EL OJO, amongst others. A serial entrepreneur at heart he has created more than ten companies in the fields of innovation, disruption and creativity all over the globe (Brazil, Portugal, Turkey, Belgium and Qatar).
In 2014, at TorkeCC, he co-created the IDEATORS methodology, recognized by Harvard University as an “evolution in design thinking”. Teacher and Speaker on Motivation, Creativity and Entrepeneurship.
